FOUNTAIN SOLUTIONS

FS-502: Mild Acid, fountain for small and medium conventional Sheetfed Press, pH 4.75, Cond.1000 @1%

FS-802: One step with alcohol replacement fountain solution, It is also suitable for all sheetfed presses and damping units, particular for Hi-speed multi-colour presses including perfecting presses. It is also a user friendly product.

FS-830: New Hi-tech Fountain solution for Heidelberg presses and other Hi-tech press. Designed to be compatible with todays CTP Plates. A new wetting technology incorporated into FS-830 Stabalizes water dial speed and reduce or limit picture "framing" phenomenenon sometimes seen at high press speed. ALCOHOL SUBSTITUTES

NOVA AS-902: Alcohol substitute is a low odor, design to replace Isopropyl Alcohol in Lithography. Contains non-piling additives, lubricants, inks and roller conditioners and defoaming. Its also environmental friendly and healthier to work with.

BLANKET & ROLLER (Cleaner/ Maintainance)

NOVA N-210: It is a primary all purpose, water miscible for majority of sheetfed and web presses. Efficient in both economics and performance, friendly to use, improve in cutting power, eliminates build up of harmful residue on Roller/ Blankets.

SUPER RUBBER DEGLAZER

SP-155: ITS A SUPER RUBBER DEGLAZER, extra strong deglazing solution, for extra dampening cleaning and deglazing jobs. Fast drying and deep penetrating to clean tough embedded ink resins and pigments.

METERING ROLLER CLEANER

N-110:  Design to quickly remove ink piling and ink feedback on dampening systems rollers. (Fast drying solution)

COMMAND CLEAN (Shop/ Machine cleaner)

SP-531: Ready to use industrial strength spray cleaner to remove ink, grease and grime for use on most hard surface. (makes machine look new)

PLATE CLEANERS/ DESENSITIZER & PRESERVER

SP-515 Plate Cleaner/ scratch remover: Cleaner for most brand of terminal and Violet process metal plate. Removes ink, gum glaze and paper. Good desensitizer for sensitive plate area and scratches.

SP-529 plate Cleaner/ desensitizer: Alkaline cleaner for most brands terminal and violet process metal plates. good desensitizer or deoxidize plates and let them become new again.

SP-579 Plate Cleaner & Stor: For cleaning multi-purpose plate cleaner and short term preserver. compatible with all types of plates.

SP-505 Plate Storage Gum: Ashphaltum gum plate etch and finisher. unique multi-purpose product, desensitize non-image area, while greasing the image surface. This facilitates faster Roll ups and prevents surfac oxidization of the non printing aluminum background.

SP-502 Gum Arabic: its a fine quality (14 degree) Gum Arabic, Plate preserver and fountain additive.

OVERNIGHT SPRAY

SP-538 ANTI-SKIN: non-aerosol ink drying inhabitant (prevent ink from drying in duct) for convetional sheetfed press. Convenient trigger spray bottle means 50% more usable product.
